Alternative Delivery of Forecasts and Payments. Cipher may direct Distributor, in writing, to deliver its Forecasts, purchase orders and payments to an Affiliate of Cipher or an Approved Manufacturer, with a copy to Cipher, and to receive shipments of Product from that Affiliate or Approved Manufacturer.
