Alternative Limitation Test. In no event shall the sum of the Actual Deferral Percentage and the Actual Contribution Percentage for Eligible Highly Compensated Employees exceed the greater of: (i) the sum of (A) 125% of the greater of the Actual Deferral Percentage or the Actual Contribution Percentage for the eligible Nonhighly Compensated Employees; and (B) two (2) plus the lesser of the Actual Deferral Percentage or Actual Contribution Percentage for the eligible Nonhighly Compensated Employees; provided, this amount may not exceed two (2) times the percentage used; or (ii) the sum of (A) 125% of the lesser of the Actual Deferral Percentage or the Actual Contribution Percentage for the eligible Nonhighly Compensated Employees; and (B) two (2) plus the greater of the Actual Deferral Percentage or Actual Contribution Percentage for the eligible Nonhighly Compensated Employees; provided; this amount may not exceed two (2) times the percentage used.
