Minimum Call-Back Time. All employees who are called out and required to work in an emergency outside their regular working hours shall be paid for a minimum of two (2) hours at overtime rates and shall be paid from the time they leave home to report for duty until the time they arrive back upon proceeding directly from work.

Minimum Call-Back Time. An employee who is called in and required to work outside their regular working hours shall be paid for a minimum of two (2) hours at overtime rates unless the call-in is immediately prior to their normal work day, in which case there should be no minimum.

An employee who is called outside the employee's regular working hours to attend to a security alarm shall be paid a minimum of two (2) hours at overtime rates between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 midnight and a minimum of four (4) hours at overtime rates between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 8:00 a.m. Where the call-out is immediately prior to the regular work shift, the employee shall be paid at overtime rates only for the time from the time of call-out and the beginning of the regular shift.

Minimum Call-Back Time. Any employee in the bargaining unit called back to work after completion of the regular assignment of hours shall be compensated for at least two (2) hour's pay at the appropriate rate of pay under this Agreement and such pay shall continue to be paid in one-half (1/2) hour increments for any employee called back who works on the day called beyond two (2) hour.
Minimum Call-Back Time. When an employee is contacted by the employer outside of their working hours on a work related issue and is required to give the employer direction or is required to perform work duties, they shall be paid the overtime rate. (c) Overtime paid does not cover travelling time from the employee's residence to the employee's normal reporting centre.
