Common use of Alternative Sourcing; Renewal Clause in Contracts

Alternative Sourcing; Renewal. This Agreement may only be extended (each such extension with respect to any Supplied Product, a “Renewal Term,” and, collectively with the Initial Term, the “Term”) with respect to any Supplied Product if and to the extent expressly set forth on Exhibit A or as otherwise expressly agreed in writing by the Parties. Purchaser shall use commercially reasonable efforts during the Initial Term and any Renewal Term to secure a reasonably satisfactory alternative source of each Supplied Product (whether from a third party or developed internally) as soon as reasonably practicable after the Effective Date.
