Alternative Trading Facilities. The Client agrees that, if the Client experiences any problem in reaching GTJAFX through the ETS or vice versa, the Client shall attempt to use an alternative method or device, as GTJAFX may make available, to communicate with GTJAFX to place the Client orders and to inform GTJAFX of the problem the Client may be experiencing. The Client acknowledges that GTJAFX gives no express or implied warranties (including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, functionality or fitness for a particular use) with respect to trade or trade related services. The Client agrees that GTJAFX shall not be responsible to the Client for any losses, costs, expenses, damages or claims which the Client may suffer as a result of any disruption, malfunction or other suspension of GTJAFX's service beyond GTJAFX's control.

The Client agrees that should the Client experience any problems in reaching USL through the ETS or vice versa, the Client shall attempt to use an alternative method or device, as USL may make available, to communicate with USL to place the Client orders and to inform USL of the difficulty the Client may experience. The Client acknowledges that USL gives no express or implied warranties (including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, functionality or fitness for a particular use) with respect to trade or trade related services. The Client agrees that USL shall not be responsible to the Client for any losses, costs, expenses, damages or claims which the Client may suffer as a result of any disruption, malfunction or other suspension of USL’s service beyond USL’s control.

The Client agrees that should the Client experience any problems in reaching uSMART SG through the ETS or vice versa, the Client shall attempt to use an alternative method or device, as uSMART SG may make available, to communicate with uSMART SG to place the Client orders and to inform uSMART SG of the difficulty the Client may experience. The Client acknowledges that uSMART SG gives no express or implied warranties (including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, functionality or fitness for a particular use) with respect to trade or trade related services. The Client agrees that uSMART SG shall not be responsible to the Client for any Losses that may be sustained or incurred, whether directly or indirectly, as a result of or in connection with any disruption, malfunction or other suspension of uSMART SG’s service beyond uSMART SG’s control.

The Client acknowledges that GTJAS gives no express or implied warranties (including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, functionality or fitness for a particular use) with respect to trade or trade related services. The Client agrees that GTJAS and other members of the GTJA Group shall not be responsible to the Client for any Loss which the Client may suffer as a result of any disruption, malfunction or other suspension of ETS beyond GTJAS’ control, including failures or omissions by the Client, any third parties or suppliers of the ETS.

The Client agrees that should the Client experiences any problems in reaching Bigboss through the ETS or vice versa, the Client shall attempt to use an alternative method or device, as Bigboss may make available, to communicate with Bigboss to place the Client orders and to inform Bigboss of the difficulty the Client may experience. The Client acknowledges that Bigboss gives no express or implied warranties (including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, functionality, or fitness for a particular use) with respect to trade or trade-related services. The Client agrees that Bigboss shall not be responsible to the Client for any losses, costs, expenses, damages, or claims that the Client may suffer due to any disruption, malfunction, or other suspensions of Bigboss service beyond Bigboss control.

The Client agrees that should the Client experience any problems in reaching Suntek through the ETS or vice versa, the Client shall attempt to use an alternative method or device, as Suntek may make available, to communicate with Suntek to place the Client orders and to inform Xxxxxx of the difficulty the Client may experience. The Client acknowledges that Suntek gives no express or implied warranties (including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, functionality or fitness for a particular use) with respect to trade or trade related services. The Client agrees that Suntek shall not be responsible to the Client for any losses, costs, expenses, damages or claims which the Client may suffer as a result of any disruption, malfunction or other suspension of Sservice beyond Suntek’s control.

The Client agrees that NECHK shall not be responsible to the Client for any losses, costs, expenses, damages or claims which the Client may suffer as a result of any disruption, malfunction or other suspension of NECHK’s service beyond NECHK’s control.

The Client acknowledges that XXXXXXX gives no express or implied warranties ( including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, functionality or fitness for a particular use) with respect to trade or trade related services. The Client agrees that XXXXXXX shall not be responsible to the Client for any losses, costs, expenses, damages or claims which the Client may suffer as a result of any disruption, malfunction or other suspension of ZHANLIN ’ s service beyond ZHANLIN ’ s control.
