Alternative Work Week - Notwithstanding Articles. 13.1 and 13.1.1, an employee may be scheduled on a four (4) day work week consisting of a ten (10) hour tour of duty for each day in that work week. The standard work day provided for in Article 13.1 shall be ten (10) hours in such cases, exclusive of the first meal period but inclusive of all other meal periods and break periods. The third day off in the work week resulting from this Article shall be scheduled consecutive to the two (2) consecutive days off provided for in Article 13.2.
