Alternative Work Week Schedule and Work Days. ‌ Certain positions within the bargaining unit may be regularly scheduled for a workweek other than Monday through Friday. The City reserves the right to schedule or designate for any position in the unit a workweek other than Monday through Friday and a workday other than 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for legitimate business interests such as efficiency or effective service delivery. Such alternative work schedules shall not subject the City to an obligation for additional pay.
