The CRC car and locomotive repair shops located at Altoona, PA and Hollidaysburg, PA and all rolling-stock-related and locomotive-related inventory and supplies (including rolling-stock-related and locomotive-related system stockpiles) located at such facilities (subject to provisions of Section 2.7 of the Agreement) and all FF&E located on or at such facilities.
