Common use of Amalgamation/Acquisition Clause in Contracts

Amalgamation/Acquisition. In the event of M/s proposes for amalgamation, acquisition or sale of its business to any other firm during this contract period, M/s.------------------------- and proposed Buyer/Successor of the Principal Company are liable to execute, fulfill contractual obligations without any deviations.
