In case where there is a conflict between the general conditions of the contract and the special conditions of contract, the special condition of contract shall prevail.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT (SCC). The Cylinder of 240 Cft should having a pressure of ~2000 psi. • The repair and maintenance of the cylinder will be the responsibility of the Firm. • The firm will be responsible of checking of leakage of CYLINDERS/GUAFES/REGULATORS regularly and take appropriate measures. • The firm will ensure the supply of gases 24/7 and 365 days in a year. No holiday and strike may affect the supply of biomedical gases. • The Contract made by any higher authority may partially or fully revoke the contract at once. • The firm is bound to supply the biomedical gases till 30-06-2022 extendable to three months. • • This form is to be filled in by the Bidder for quoted items/products and shall submit with Financial Proposal in individually sealed envelope for each item in a single main sealed envelope for all items. • Income & PRA Taxes will be deducted as per law. • Estimated Cost is Rs. 1000000/- • CDR of Rs.20000/- (2% of estimated cost) 1 M.M. 240 CFT 2 X.X 120 CFT 3 M.F 48 CFT 4 M.E 24 CFT
