Common use of Amalgamation of the SSSCA and KRCA Clause in Contracts

Amalgamation of the SSSCA and KRCA. The parties note the Ministry’s claim for amalgamation of the SSSCA and KRCA. The parties have agreed to convene a joint working group within six months of expiry of the SSSCA and KRCA, to further investigate and consult around this proposal. The parties will develop appropriate principles to shape this work prior to the commencement of the working group. The Ministry, NZEI Te Riu Roa and NZSTA will advise representatives in due course.
