Common use of Amended Lease Clause in Contracts

Amended Lease. If (i) Tenant fails to timely deliver a Space Acceptance Notice, or (ii) after the expiration of a period of 10 days after Landlord’s delivery to Tenant of a lease amendment for Tenant’s lease of the Identified Space, no lease amendment for the Identified Space acceptable to both parties each in their sole and absolute discretion, has been executed, Tenant shall be deemed to have waived its right to lease such Identified Space.

Amended Lease. If If: (i) Tenant fails to timely deliver a Space Acceptance Notice, or (ii) after the expiration of a period of 10 days after Landlord’s delivery to Tenant of a lease amendment or lease agreement for Tenant’s lease of the Identified Available Space, no lease amendment or lease agreement for the Identified Available Space acceptable to both parties each in their sole and absolute discretion, has been executed, Tenant shall be deemed to have waived its right to lease such Identified Available Space.

Amended Lease. If If: (i) Tenant fails to timely deliver a Space Acceptance the Exercise Notice, or (ii) after the expiration of a period of 10 30 days after Landlord’s delivery to Tenant of a lease amendment for Tenant’s lease of the Identified Space, no lease amendment for the Identified Space acceptable to both parties each in their sole and absolute discretionreasonable discretion after using diligent good faith efforts negotiate the same, has been executed, Tenant shall shall, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, be deemed to have forever waived its right to lease such Identified Space.

If If: (i) Tenant fails to timely deliver a Space an Acceptance Notice, or (ii) after the expiration of a period of 10 days after Landlord’s delivery to Tenant of a lease amendment for Tenant’s lease of the Identified First Floor Space, no lease amendment for the Identified First Floor Space acceptable to both parties each in their sole and absolute reasonable discretion, has been executed, Tenant shall shall, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, be deemed to have waived its right to lease such Identified the First Floor Space.

Amended Lease. If If: (i) Tenant fails to timely deliver a Space Acceptance Notice, or (ii) after the expiration of a period of 10 30 days after Landlord’s delivery to Tenant of a lease amendment for Tenant’s lease of the Identified Space, no lease amendment for the Identified Space acceptable to both parties each in their sole and absolute reasonable discretion, has been executed, Tenant shall be deemed to have waived its right to lease such Identified Space.

If If: (i) Tenant fails to timely deliver a Space an Acceptance Notice, or (ii) after the expiration of a period of 10 120 days after Landlord’s delivery to Tenant of a lease amendment for Tenant’s lease of the Identified Space, no lease amendment for the Identified Space acceptable to both parties each in their sole and absolute discretionreasonable discretion after using diligent good faith efforts negotiate the same, has been executed, Tenant shall shall, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, be deemed to have forever waived its right to lease such Identified Space.

Amended Lease. If If: (i) Tenant fails to timely deliver a Space Acceptance Notice, or (ii) after the expiration of a period of 10 days after Landlord’s delivery to Tenant of a lease amendment for Tenant’s lease of the Identified Space, no lease amendment for the Identified Space acceptable to both parties each in their sole and absolute discretion, discretion has been executed, Tenant shall be deemed to have waived its right to lease such Identified SpaceSpace (subject to the terms of Section 39(a) above).

Amended Lease. If If: (i) Tenant fails to timely deliver a Space an Acceptance Notice, or (ii) after the expiration of a period of 10 20 days after Landlord’s delivery to Tenant of a lease amendment for Tenant’s lease of the Identified Space, no lease amendment for the Identified Space acceptable to both parties each in their sole and absolute reasonable discretion, has been executedexecuted despite the good faith reasonable efforts of Landlord and Tenant, Tenant shall shall, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, be deemed to have waived its right to lease such the Identified SpaceSpace pursuant to the Pending Deal Notice in question.

Amended Lease. If If: (i) Tenant fails to timely deliver a Space Acceptance Notice, or (ii) after the expiration of a period of 10 days after Landlord’s delivery to Tenant of a lease amendment for Tenant’s lease of the Identified First Refusal Space, no lease amendment for the Identified First Refusal Space acceptable to both parties each in their sole and absolute discretion, has been executed, Tenant shall shall, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, be deemed to have forever waived its right to lease such Identified First Refusal Space.

Amended Lease. If (i) Tenant fails to timely deliver a Space Acceptance Notice, or (ii) after the expiration of a period of 10 business days after Landlord’s delivery to Tenant of a lease amendment for Tenant’s lease of the Identified Space, no lease amendment for the Identified Space Space, acceptable to both parties each in their sole and absolute discretion, has been executed, Tenant shall be deemed to have forever waived its right to lease such the Identified Space.

Amended Lease. If If: (i) Tenant fails to timely deliver a Space Acceptance Notice, or (ii) after the expiration of a period of 10 15 days after Landlord’s delivery to Tenant of a lease amendment for Tenant’s lease of the Identified First Refusal Space, no lease amendment for the Identified First Refusal Space acceptable to both parties each in their sole and absolute discretion, has been executed, Tenant shall shall, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, be deemed to have forever waived its right to lease such Identified First Refusal Space.

Amended Lease. If (i) Tenant fails to timely deliver a Space Acceptance Notice, or (ii) after the expiration of a period of 10 business days after Landlord’s delivery to Tenant of a lease amendment for Tenant’s lease of the Identified Space, no lease amendment for the Identified Space acceptable to both parties each in their sole and absolute discretion, has been executed, Tenant shall be deemed to have waived its right to lease such the Identified Space, subject to the terms of Section 39(a) above.

Amended Lease. If If: (i) Tenant fails to timely deliver a Space an Acceptance Notice, or (ii) after the expiration of a period of 10 15 days after Landlord’s delivery to Tenant of a lease amendment for Tenant’s lease of the Identified Space, no lease amendment for the Identified Space acceptable to both parties each in their sole and absolute discretion, reasonable discretion has been executed, despite the reasonable good faith efforts of Landlord and Tenant, Tenant shall shall, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, be deemed to have forever waived its right to lease such the Identified Space.

Amended Lease. If If: (i) Tenant fails to timely deliver a Space an Acceptance Notice, or (ii) after the expiration of a period of 10 days after Landlord’s delivery to Tenant of a lease amendment for Tenant’s lease of the Identified Space, no lease amendment for the Identified Space acceptable to both parties each in their sole and absolute reasonable discretion, has been executed, Tenant shall be deemed to have waived its right to lease such Identified Space.
