Amended or Replacement Ticket Agent Agreements. Licensor shall have the right to negotiate and administer any amendments to the current Ticket Agent Agreements or any replacement ticket provider agreement with a third party, provided that, (i) any portion of such amendment or replacement agreement that relates to the Rangers or Rangers Events or (ii) any renewal or extension of the current Ticket Agent Agreements or any replacement ticket provider agreement, in each case, shall be subject to the prior written approval of the Rangers. If the Rangers do not grant such approval, the Rangers may enter into its own ticket provider agreement(s), provided that the Rangers or such other ticket provider shall pay all costs needed to implement such other ticketing systems at the Arena.
