Amending Time Limits. If a party fails to comply with the time limits in Articles 9.02, 9.03, 9.06 (Step 2) and 9.07, then the grievance shall be considered aban- doned, unless the parties have agreed, in writing, to extend the time limits or as otherwise ordered by an arbitrator or Registrar of the BCHOA. Both parties will endeavour to meet the timelines, however, where it is not possible for one party to do so, agreement to extend the timeline will not be unreasonably withheld by the other party.
