Amendment and Embodiment. This Agreement may not be amended, modified or rescinded except in writing and duly signed by authorized signatories of the Parties, and any amendment, addendum or appendix so signed shall constitute a part of this Agreement at such time as it has been filed with the FMC and has become effective under the Shipping Act of 1984, as amended.
