Common use of Amendment and Miscellaneous Clause in Contracts

Amendment and Miscellaneous. (a) No provision of this Agreement may be modified, waived or discharged unless such waiver, modification or discharge is agreed to in writing and the writing is signed by the Executive and Jefferson. A waiver of any breach of or compliance with any provision or condition of this Agreement is not a waiver of similar or dissimilar provisions or conditions. This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, all of which will be considered one and the same agreement.
