Amendment and Restatement Not a Revocation or Resettlement. No amendment to the terms hereof or restatement of the terms hereof to reflect such amendment shall be construed as or constitute a revocation or resettlement of a trust created or continued hereby, unless expressly stated in the document effecting such amendment or restatement.
