Amendment Arrangers. The Borrowers and each other Loan Party party hereto and the Lenders agree that (i) the Amendment Arrangers shall be entitled to the privileges, indemnification, immunities and other benefits afforded to the Arrangers under the Amended Credit Agreement and (b) the Amendment Arrangers shall have no duties, responsibilities or liabilities with respect to this Amendment, the Amended Credit Agreement or any other Loan Document.
