Common use of Amendment by Mutual Consent Clause in Contracts

Amendment by Mutual Consent. The provisions of this Article shall not prevent any Owner from accepting any amendment as to the particular Certificates owned by such Owner, provided that due notation thereof is made on such Certificates.
