Common use of Amendment costs Clause in Contracts

Amendment costs. If (a) the Borrower requests an amendment, waiver or consent under any Finance Document or (b) an amendment is required pursuant to Clause 28.9 (Change of currency), the Borrower shall, within ten (10) Business Days of demand, reimburse the Facility Agent or the Security Agent, as appropriate, for the amount of all costs and expenses (including legal fees) reasonably incurred by the Facility Agent and the Security Agent in responding to, evaluating, negotiating or complying with that request or requirement.

Amendment costs. If (a) the Borrower requests an amendment, waiver or consent under any Finance Document or (b) an amendment is required pursuant to Clause 28.9 (Change of currency), the Borrower shall, within ten (10) Business Days of demand, reimburse the Facility Agent or the Security Agent, as appropriate, for the amount of all costs and expenses (including legal fees) reasonably incurred by the Facility Agent and the Security Agent in responding to, evaluating, negotiating or complying with that request or requirement.

Amendment costs. If (a) the Borrower an Obligor requests an amendment, waiver or consent under any Finance Document or (b) an amendment is required pursuant to Clause 28.9 27.9 (Change of currencyCurrency), the Borrower shall, within ten (10) Business Days of demand, reimburse the Facility Agent or the Security Agent, as appropriate, for the amount of all reasonable costs and expenses (including outside legal fees) reasonably incurred by the Facility Agent and the Security Agent in responding to, evaluating, negotiating or complying with that request or requirement.

Amendment costs. If (a) the a Borrower requests an amendment, waiver or consent under any Finance Document or (b) an amendment is required pursuant to Clause 28.9 28.11 (Change of currency), the Borrower Borrowers shall, subject to presentation of all relevant invoices, within ten five (105) Business Days of demand, reimburse the Facility Agent or the Security Agent, as appropriate, for the amount of all costs and expenses (including legal fees) reasonably incurred by the Facility Agent and the Security Agent in responding to, evaluating, negotiating or complying with that request or requirement.

If (a) the Borrower an Obligor requests an amendment, waiver or consent under any Finance Document or (b) an amendment is required pursuant to Clause 28.9 clause 30.13 (Change of currency), the Borrower shall, within ten (10) three Business Days of demand, reimburse each of the Facility Agent or and the Security Agent, as appropriate, Agent for the amount of all costs and expenses (including legal fees) reasonably incurred by the Facility Agent and the Security Agent (and, in the case of the Security Agent, by any Receiver or Delegate) in responding to, evaluating, negotiating or complying with that request or requirement.

If (a) the Borrower an Obligor requests an amendment, waiver or consent under any Finance Document or (b) an amendment is required pursuant to Clause 28.9 32.10 (Change of currency), the Borrower shall, within ten (10) three Business Days of demand, reimburse each of the Facility Agent or and the Security Agent, as appropriate, Trustee for the amount of all costs and expenses (including legal fees) reasonably incurred by the Facility Agent and the Security Agent Trustee (and, in the case of the Security Trustee, by any Receiver or Delegate) in responding to, evaluating, negotiating or complying with that request or requirement.

If (a) the Borrower an Obligor requests an amendment, waiver or consent under or in connection with any Finance Document or (b) an amendment is required pursuant to Clause 28.9 (Change of currency), the Borrower shall, within ten (10) Business Days of demand, reimburse the Facility Agent or or, as the case may be, the Security Agent, as appropriate, for the amount of all costs and expenses (including legal fees) reasonably incurred by the Facility Agent and or, as the case may be, the Security Agent in responding to, evaluating, negotiating or complying with that request or requirement.

If (a) the Borrower an Obligor requests an amendment, waiver or consent under any Finance Document or (b) an amendment is required pursuant to under Clause 28.9 42.5 (Change of currencyto Reference Rates), the Borrower shall, within ten (10) Business Days of demand, reimburse each of the Facility Agent or and the Security Agent, as appropriate, Agent for the amount of all costs and expenses (including legal fees) reasonably incurred by the Facility Agent and or the Security Agent (and, in the case of the Security Agent, by any Receiver or Delegate) in responding to, evaluating, negotiating or complying with that request or requirement.

If (a) the Borrower requests an amendment, waiver or consent under any Finance Document or (b) an amendment is required pursuant to Clause 28.9 clause 30.9‎ (Change of currency), the Borrower shall, within ten (10) 3 Business Days of demand, reimburse each of the Facility Agent or and the Security Agent, as appropriate, Agent for the amount of all costs and expenses (including legal fees) reasonably incurred by the Facility Agent and or the Security Agent (and, in the case of the Security Agent, any Receiver or Delegate) in responding to, evaluating, negotiating or complying with that request or requirement.
