Common use of Amendment Documents Clause in Contracts

Amendment Documents. The Administrative Agent shall have received (i) a counterpart of this Amendment, duly executed and delivered by an authorized officer of Coram, the Borrower, each Subsidiary Guarantor, each Lender and the Fronting Bank and (ii) a promissory note duly executed by the Borrower in favor of each Lender (collectively, the "AMENDMENT FEE NOTES") substantially in the form attached hereto as Annex III.

Amendment Documents. The Administrative Agent shall have received (i) a duly executed counterpart of this Amendment, duly executed and delivered by an authorized officer of CoramAmendment from the Administrative Agent, the Borrower, Borrower and each Subsidiary Guarantor, each Lender and the Fronting Bank Guarantor and (ii) a promissory note duly executed by the Borrower in favor of an Authorization from (A) each Lender that has made a Term Loan and (collectively, B) the "AMENDMENT FEE NOTES") substantially in the form attached hereto as Annex IIIRequired Lenders.
