Common use of Amendment; Entire Agreement; Successors Clause in Contracts

Amendment; Entire Agreement; Successors. This Agreement shall be subject to the terms of the Plan, as amended from time to time, except that the Award that is the subject of this Agreement may not be materially adversely affected by any amendment or termination of the Plan approved after the Grant Date without the Participant’s written consent. This Agreement and the Plan contain the entire understanding of the parties with respect to the RSUs and supersede any prior agreements or documents with respect to the RSUs. This Agreement shall be binding up and inure to the benefit of the heirs, executors, administrators and successors of the parties.
