Common use of Amendment Fees Clause in Contracts

Amendment Fees. The Borrower shall have paid (a) to the Agent, for the account of each Lender, an amendment fee equal to 0.075% of such Lender's Revolving Commitment and (b) to the Agent and the Arranger, all fees due and payable to such Persons on the Second Amendment Effective Date.

Amendment Fees.
