Amendment costs. If (a) the Borrower requests an amendment, waiver or consent or (b) an amendment is required pursuant to Clause 27.9 (Change of currency), the Borrower shall, within three Business Days of demand, reimburse the Agent for the amount of all costs and expenses (including legal fees) reasonably incurred by the Agent in responding to, evaluating, negotiating or complying with that request or requirement.

If (a) an Obligor requests an amendment, waiver or consent or (b) an amendment is required pursuant to Clause 28.10 (Change of currency), the Company shall, within five Business Days of demand, reimburse the Agent for the amount of all costs and expenses (including pre-agreed legal fees) reasonably incurred by the Agent in responding to, evaluating, negotiating or complying with that request or requirement.

If (a) an Obligor requests an amendment, waiver or consent or (b) an amendment is required pursuant to Clause 33.10 (Change of currency), the Company shall, within three (3) Business Days of demand, reimburse each of the Agent and the Security Agent for the amount of all reasonable costs and expenses (including legal fees subject to any applicable arrangements agreed in writing) reasonably incurred by the Agent and the Security Agent (and, in the case of the Security Agent, by any Receiver or Delegate) in responding to, evaluating, negotiating or complying with that request or requirement.
Amendment costs. 17.2.1 If an Obligor requests an amendment, waiver or consent, the Borrower shall, within three Business Days of demand, reimburse each Finance Party for the amount of all properly evidenced costs and expenses (including legal fees) reasonably incurred by that Finance Party in responding to, evaluating, negotiating or complying with that request or requirement.

If (a) the Borrower requests an amendment, waiver or consent under any Finance Document or (b) an amendment is required pursuant to Clause 28.9 (Change of currency), the Borrower shall, within ten (10) Business Days of demand, reimburse the Facility Agent or the Security Agent, as appropriate, for the amount of all costs and expenses (including legal fees) reasonably incurred by the Facility Agent and the Security Agent in responding to, evaluating, negotiating or complying with that request or requirement.

If (a) an Obligor requests an amendment, waiver or consent or (b) an amendment is required pursuant to Clause 32.9 (Change of Currency), the Parent shall (or shall procure that an Obligor will), within five Business Days of demand, reimburse the Agent for the amount of all costs and expenses (including legal fees) reasonably incurred by the Agent in responding to, evaluating, negotiating or complying with that request or requirement.
