Common use of Amendment Fees Clause in Contracts

Amendment Fees. The Administrative Agent shall have received, for the account of each Lender, an upfront fee in an amount equal to 25 basis points on the aggregate amount of the sum of (A) the Commitment of such Lender and (B) the outstanding principal amount of the Term Loans held by such Lender, in each case, immediately after giving effect to the Amendment.

Amendment Fees. The Administrative Agent shall have received, for the account of each consenting Lender, an upfront amendment fee in an amount equal to 25 10 basis points on the aggregate amount of the sum of (A) the Commitment of such Lender and (B) the outstanding principal amount as of the Term Loans held by such Lender, in each case, immediately after giving effect to the AmendmentSixth Amendment Effective Date.

Amendment Fees. The Administrative Agent shall have received, for the account received an amendment fee of each Lender, $50,000. Each Lender shall have received an upfront amendment fee in an amount equal to 25 sixty basis points on the aggregate amount of the sum of (A0.0060) the Commitment of such Lender and (B) the outstanding principal amount of the Term Loans held multiplied by such Lender, in each case, immediately after giving effect to ’s Revolving Commitment. All such amendment fees shall be fully earned and non-refundable upon the AmendmentAmendment No. 4 Effective Date.

Amendment Fees. The Administrative Agent shall have received, for the account of each Lender, an upfront amendment fee in an amount equal to 25 15 basis points on the aggregate amount of the sum of (A) the Commitment of such Lender and (B) the outstanding principal amount as of the Term Loans held by such Lender, in each case, immediately Fifth Amendment Effective Date (after giving effect to the this Amendment).

The Administrative Agent shall have received, for the account of each Lender, an upfront amendment fee in an amount equal to 25 15 basis points on the aggregate amount of the sum of (A) the Commitment of such Lender and (B) the outstanding principal amount as of the Term Loans held by such Lender, in each case, immediately after giving effect to the AmendmentThird Amendment Effective Date.

Amendment Fees. The Administrative Agent shall have received, for the account of each Consenting Lender, an upfront a non-refundable amendment fee in an aggregate amount for each such Consenting Lender equal to 25 twenty basis points on the aggregate amount of the sum of (A0.20%) the Commitment of such Lender and (B) the outstanding principal amount of the Term Loans held by such Consenting Lender, in each case, immediately ’s Commitment after giving effect to the decrease in the Aggregate Revolving Commitment set forth in Section 3 of this Amendment.
