Common use of Amendment of Article 14 Clause in Contracts

Amendment of Article 14. Borrower agrees that the foregoing provisions of this Article 14 constitute an agreement among the Agent and the Lenders (and the Agent and the Lenders acknowledge that except for the provisions of Section 14.3, Borrower is not a party to or bound by such foregoing provisions) and that any and all of the provisions of this Article 14, with the exception of the reasonable approval of Borrower as may be required under Section 14.3 hereto, may be amended at any time by the Lenders without the consent or approval of, or notice to, Borrower (other than the requirement of notice to Borrower of the resignation of the Agent and the appointment of a successor Agent).
