Common use of Amendment of Articles 5 to 8 Clause in Contracts

Amendment of Articles 5 to 8. (1) Proposals for the amendment of Articles 5, 6, 7, and the present Article, may be initiated by any country of the Special Union or by the Director General. Such proposals shall be communicated by the Director General to the countries of the Special Union at least six months in advance of their con sideration by the Assembly.
