Amendment of Bankruptcy Related Provisions. None of the provisions of this Article shall be amended, altered or repealed without the written consent of 100% of the Board, including the Independent Managers, and notice to each nationally recognized statistical rating organization which has been requested by the Company or its affiliates to rate one or more outstanding classes of Securities issued by the Company or its affiliates or by a Trust, and which is then rating such class or classes of securities (each a “Rating Agency”).
