Common use of Amendment of Bids Clause in Contracts

Amendment of Bids. 19.1 At any time prior to the deadline of Bid submission, UNDP may for any reason, such as in response to a clarification requested by a Bidder, modify the ITB in the form of an amendment to the ITB. Amendments will be made available to all prospective bidders. 19.2 If the amendment is substantial, UNDP may extend the Deadline for submission of Bid to give the Bidders reasonable time to incorporate the amendment into their Bids.
