Common use of Amendment of Certificate Clause in Contracts

Amendment of Certificate. In the event this Agreement shall be amended under Article XI, the General Partner shall amend the Certificate to reflect such change if it deems such amendment of the Certificate to be necessary or appropriate.

Amendment of Certificate. In the event this Agreement shall be amended under pursuant to this Article XI, the General Partner shall amend the Certificate of the Partnership to reflect such change if it such amendment is required or if the General Partner deems such amendment to be desirable and shall make any other filings or publications required or desirable to reflect such amendment, including any required filing for recordation of any Certificate or other instrument or similar document of the Certificate to be necessary or appropriatetype contemplated by Section 2.5.
