Amendment of Contracts. Other than in the ordinary course of business as now conducted, Borrower shall not engage in any transaction that would create or result in any additional indebtedness or pay any obligation or liability or enter into, terminate, or amend any agreement or transfer or grant any rights under any lease, license, or other agreement or in any manner dispose of or acquire any material amount of assets.
