(e) Council may, at its discretion, provide feedback to both successful and unsuccessful Respondents, but is under no obligation to do so. (f) Respondents must not direct requests for information to, or seek to discuss the Procurement Process with, any Councillor or officer of Council and Council will not be bound by any advice or information furnished by a Councillor or Council officer with respect to the Offer.
