AMENDMENT OF DEPOSIT AGREEMENT AND CONDITIONS. All and any of the provisions of this Agreement and the Conditions (other than Condition 22) may at any time and from time to time be amended by written agreement between the Company and the Depositary in any respect which they may deem necessary or desirable.
