Amendment of Engagement Letters. To the extent that an existing Engagement Letter does not comply with Clause 16.2 (Engagement Letters), the Company shall, in conjunction with the Non-Executive Directors, request a new Engagement Letter from the Accountant. Until the termination of this Agreement, the Company may not, without the approval of the Board, send any Engagement Letter to the Accountant or any other accountant whatsoever.
