Common use of Amendment of Research Service Orders Clause in Contracts

Amendment of Research Service Orders. Any mutually agreeable changes in a Research Project shall be detailed in an amended Research Service Order that has been approved by the Research Services Coordinators for the Parties, and will become effective as the date of such approval. The amended Research Service Order will upon taking effect supersede the original Research Service Order with respect to all Research Services not already performed under the original Research Service Order.
