Common use of Amendment of Rules Clause in Contracts

Amendment of Rules. JAMS/ENDISPUTE may amend these Rules without notice. The Rules in effect on the date of the commencement of an Arbitration (as defined in Rule 5) will apply to that Arbitration, unless the Parties have specified that another version of the Rules will apply.
