Amendment of Section 6.06 of the Base Indenture. For purposes of the Notes only, and not for purposes of any other Securities, Section 6.06 of the Base Indenture shall be amended and restated in its entirety as follows, and as so amended and restated, shall apply to the Notes: “Subject to Section 6.07 hereof, no holder of a Security of any series will have any right to institute any proceeding, judicial or otherwise, with respect to the Indenture or any Security, or for appointment of a receiver or trustee, or for any other remedy under the Indenture, unless:
