Amendment Of Term Section 4 Of The Agreement. Section 4 of the Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: The term of this Agreement (the "Term") shall commence April 15, 2003 and shall remain in full force and effect thereafter until December 31, 2008, unless terminated earlier pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
