No-Show Passengers. Confirmed passengers who do not present themselves for their booked flight are termed as ‘No – Shows’ If for some reason you are unable to undertake travel on flight for which you have a confirmed booking, please contact Lion Air Reservation & Ticketing as early as possible to avoid penalty.

No-Show Passengers. Allegiant shall not be responsible or liable for the transportation of Charterer's passengers who fail to report at the specified check-in point at the departure airport at least thirty (30) minutes prior to the scheduled departure time of a flight, or who are, through no fault of Allegiant, not aboard at the time of scheduled departure. Allegiant may depart as scheduled and shall in no way be responsible for or to such individual or Charterer, and Allegiant shall be deemed to have completed its contractual obligation to Charterer.
No-Show Passengers. When passengers are permitted to deplane during ground time while transiting a station and fail to show for departure on time, the contractor is not responsible for passenger care or further transportation. However, the contractor shall take adequate measures to brief passengers on departure time and to attempt to locate missing passengers in the terminal area.

No-Show Passengers. Hawaiian shall not be responsible or liable for the transportation of passengers who fail to report at the specified Hawaiian check-in point at the airport one half (1/2) hour prior to the scheduled departure time of the flight in the cases of domestic flights, or who are, through no fault of Hawaiian's, not aboard at time of departure. If one or more members of one group fails to so report or board, Hawaiian may depart as scheduled and shall in no way be responsible for or to such individual but shall be deemed to have completed its contractual obligation to Charterer. At each check-in point Charterer will provide an agent who has the authority to request a delay in order to accommodate any passengers. It is further agreed that Hawaiian will check with Charterer's airport agent prior to committing the aircraft for departure to determine if Charterer chooses to exercise such option. Hawaiian shall instruct its airport agents to refer passenger questions to Charterer's airport agent or for the arrival/departure in Honolulu Charterer's toll free number (800-770-2700). Honolulu is the only arrival/departure airport which Charterer's airport agents will not be available.

  • No Shorting The Purchaser or any of its affiliates and investment partners has not, will not and will not cause any person or entity, to directly engage in “short sales” of the Company’s Common Stock as long as the Note shall be outstanding.

  • Electronic Road Show The Company has made available a Bona Fide Electronic Road Show in compliance with Rule 433(d)(8)(ii) of the Securities Act Regulations such that no filing of any “road show” (as defined in Rule 433(h) of the Securities Act Regulations) is required in connection with the Offering.

  • Advertisements Any advertising, sales literature or other promotional material (including “prospectus wrappers,” “broker kits,” “road show slides,” “road show scripts” and “electronic road show presentations”) authorized in writing by or prepared by the Fund or the Investment Adviser and used in connection with the public offering of the Securities (collectively, “sales material”) does not contain an untrue statement of a material fact or omit to state a material fact required to be stated therein or necessary to make the statements therein not misleading. All sales material complied and will comply in all material respects with the applicable requirements of the 1933 Act, the 1940 Act and the Rules and Regulations and the rules and interpretations of FINRA.

  • No General Solicitation or Advertising Neither the Company, nor any of its Subsidiaries or Affiliates, nor any Person acting on its or their behalf, has engaged in any form of general solicitation or general advertising (within the meaning of Regulation D) in connection with the offer or sale of the Securities.
