Amendment of the Administration Agreement. Section 9.01. Any modification of the Administration Agreement, including the Annexes thereto, shall be in writing in an amendment. The request for amendment shall be submitted by either the World Bank Group entity or the Commission one (1) month before the amendment is intended to enter into force, unless otherwise agreed by the World Bank Group entity and by the Commission. Section 9.02. Notwithstanding Section 9.01, changes of address and changes of bank account may simply be notified in writing to the Commission. Changes of bank account must be specified in the request for payment using a financial identification form.
