Amendment of the Administration Agreement. Section 9.01. Any modification of the Administration Agreement, including the Annexes thereto, shall be in writing in an amendment. The request for amendment shall be submitted by either the World Bank Group entity or the Commission one (1) month before the amendment is intended to enter into force, unless otherwise agreed by the World Bank Group entity and by the Commission.
