Amendment of this Indenture. Any term or provision of this Indenture may be amended or revoked or additional terms may be added by an instrument in writing executed by the Settlor and the Trustee.
Amendment of this Indenture. Without the consent of the Holders of each Outstanding Series A Note affected thereby, no amendment or supplement to this Indenture may adversely affect any right to convert or exchange any Series A Note.
