Amendment of Transaction Documents. None of the Transaction Documents shall be amended without the prior written consent of the Department; provided that, with not less than ten (10) Business Days’ prior written notice to the Department, the applicable parties may enter into any such amendment that does not have an adverse effect on the Department.
