Amendment or Modification of this Agreement. 8.1 The parties may modify or amend terms of this AGREEMENT only by a written document duly approved and executed by both parties, excluding term extensions as provided for in the following provision.
8.2 Notwithstanding Paragraph 8.1, above, the term for performing this AGREEMENT may be extended by any suitable COUNTY designated form, signed by both parties without formal amendment pursuant to Paragraph 8.1, above.
Amendment or Modification of this Agreement. This Agreement may be amended or modified from time to time only by a written instrument executed by both of the parties hereto.

It is recognized that during negotiations, there may be errors in calculations or other mistakes which may need to be renegotiated. Both parties agree to take corrective action when such errors are identified.
Amendment or Modification of this Agreement. This Agreement may be amended or modified from time to time only by a written instrument approved by a Majority Vote of the Members, except that any amendment that would (i) increase the amount of Capital Contributions required of a Member or accelerate the dates for payment of any required Capital Contribution, (ii) impose an additional liability on any Member, or (iii) modify Section 8.5, 13.3 or this Section 15.2, shall require the unanimous consent of the Members.
Amendment or Modification of this Agreement. This AGREEMENT may be amended or modified only by written instrument signed by both the MUNICIPALITIES and the COUNTY.
Amendment or Modification of this Agreement. This Agreement may be amended or modified from time to time only by a written instrument approved by all of the Members. Oral agreements that purport to amend this Agreement shall not be enforceable.

Any such waiver or consent shall be effective only in the specific instance and for the purpose for which given.
Amendment or Modification of this Agreement. Except as otherwise provided in this AFA, or by law, any modification of this AFA shall be in the form of a written amendment and shall require written consent of the Community and Reclamation.
