Common use of Amendment Recordation Clause in Contracts

Amendment Recordation. Upon the adoption of any amendment to this Agreement, the amendment will be executed by the Manager and, if required, will be recorded in the proper records of each jurisdiction in which recordation is necessary for the Fund to conduct business. Any adopted amendment may be executed by the Manager on behalf of the Members pursuant to the power of attorney granted in Section 13.1.
