Delivery of Power of Attorney. Each Member must execute and deliver to the Manager within 5 days after receipt of the Manager’s request, any further designations, powers-of-attorney and other instruments as the Manager reasonably deems necessary to carry out the terms of this Agreement.
Delivery of Power of Attorney. To evidence the foregoing provisions of this Article 14, each Limited Partner will execute and deliver a power of attorney in the form attached hereto as Schedule ”B” or in such other form as may be accepted by the General Partner.
