Common use of Amendment, Repeal or Revision of Legislation Clause in Contracts

Amendment, Repeal or Revision of Legislation. A) No amendment, repeal or revision of The Public Service Act or of The Public Service Superannuation Act, as they relate to positions within the scope of this agreement, shall be effected unless notice in writing of such proposed amendment, repeal or revision is served upon the Union, and unless an opportunity to make representations is afforded the Union upon application.
