Amendment Termination and Breach. 11.1 Amendment and Modification This Agreement may be amended, modified or supplemented only by an instrument in writing, executed after the date hereof, making specific reference to this Article and to each Article and paragraph hereof to which such amendment, modification or supplement applies, which document shall be signed by an authorized officer of Purchaser and by Seller.
