Cause the Owner to enter into or replace or amend, modify or restate or supplement in a manner adverse to the Owner in any material respect, or cause the Owner to waive or fail to enforce on behalf of the Owner any material rights of the Owner under, any participation, joint venture, operating, area of mutual interest or other similar agreement to which the Owner is a party (provided that the restriction set forth in this clause (m) shall not apply to any extension or termination of any agreement in accordance with its terms).
