Common use of Amendment to Annexes Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Annexes. Effective as of the date hereof, (a) Annex "I" (Commitments) to the Agreement is amended to conform in its entirety to Annex "D" to this Amendment and (b) Schedule 1.1 to the Agreement and all references thereto are hereby deleted from the Agreement.
