Amendment to Exhibits Clause Samples

Amendment to Exhibits. Exhibit "A" (Note) to the Agreement is amended to conform in its entirety to Annex "A" to this Amendment.

Amendment to Exhibits. The Exhibits to the Credit Agreement are hereby amended by adding a new Exhibit F thereto in the form of Exhibit F hereof.

Amendment to Exhibits. Effective as of the date hereof, (i) Exhibit “A” (Revolving Credit Note) to the Agreement is amended to conform in its entirety to Annex “A” to this Amendment.

Amendment to Exhibits. Exhibit A attached hereto shall be added as Exhibit E to the Agreement.

Amendment to Exhibits. Each Supplement shall be amended by deleting Exhibit C-1 thereto and inserting in its place Exhibit C-1, which shall be in the form attached as Exhibit C-1 to this Amendment.

Amendment to Exhibits. Each reference to “January 1, 2010 to December 31, 2010” in the Exhibits of the Agreement shall be deleted and replaced in each case with the words “Amendment Date to Expiration Date.” In addition, each reference to “CEG” in Exhibits A, B and C to Appendix 2 of the Agreement shall be deleted and replaced in each case with the word “CENG”.

Amendment to Exhibits. Exhibits III and IX to the Credit Agreement are hereby amended to read in full as set forth on Exhibits III and IX hereto.

Amendment to Exhibits. The Budget attached to the Agreement as Exhibit “A” is hereby deleted and replaced with the form of Budget attached hereto as Exhibit “A” and incorporated herein, and all references in the Agreement to the Budget shall hereafter mean and refer to the Budget attached hereto.

Amendment to Exhibits. Exhibit J attached hereto as Annex A shall hereby be added as Exhibit J to the Credit Agreement.
